30% of the total is paid when booking.
The rest of 70% is paid one week before entry.
Minimum stay: 4 days.
5% discount for stays 15 days or more.
The apartments are for maximum 4 people
And a baby until 18 months
Cot available with linen €20,00 per week
Cancellation Expenses
Cancellation of the reservation one week before entry and less: no amount paid so far is returned.
Cancellation of the reservation more than one week before entry:
– reservation period from 01.05 to 01.11 nothing is returned

– reservation period from 01.11 to 20.12 100% of the amount paid is returned, UNTIL 2 DAYS BEFORE ARRIVAL
reservation period from 21.12 to 06.01 50€ is returned UNTIL 2 DAYS BEFORE ARRIVAL
-reservation period from 05.01 to 15.03 100% of the amount paid is returned, UNTIL 2 DAYS BEFORE ARRIVAL

Make your payment with your credit card once we confirm your reservation via email or phone call. We will get back to you via email or via phone call in order to receive your payment with your credit card. Once we receive the payment, the reservation will be confirmed.
